We're brother and sister. We started this after watching too many small businesses get overcharged and then ignored, and we answer our own emails.

I do the building — the site itself, the bits that need to talk to each other, and keeping it quick. I'm also who you email when something needs changing.
Rachel
Designs it
I work out what your customers need to see and in what order, then design something you'll be happy to point people at. I write most of the words too.

How much will mine cost?
Most small business websites come in between £395 and £1,500. You get a fixed price in writing before anything starts, and it doesn't change unless you ask for something new.
How long does it take?
A single page in about a week. A full website in three to five weeks, depending on how quickly we get your content and photos.
Do I have to be in Essex?
No. We're in North Essex and happy to meet locally, but plenty of our work is done over the phone with businesses elsewhere.
Will I be able to change it myself?
Yes. We set it up so you can edit your own text, prices and photos, and we show you how. If you'd rather we did it, that's what the care plan is for.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, the content and the site itself are yours, and you can take them elsewhere whenever you like.
What if I already have a website?
We'll look at it and tell you honestly whether it needs replacing or just tidying up. Sometimes the cheaper answer is the right one.
